Hasselgren offers high precision programmable valve seat cutting on hard or soft valve seat materials with Newen’s new generation Fixed-Turning technology.

For valve diameters from 13mm to 80mm+ (0.52-3.15″), Hasselgren can prepare a cylinder head with greater accuracy and for any valve seat material.

Duplicate existing seat profiles or generate custom profiles by specifying any combination of angles and radii from deep within the port to the deck surface.

Though often associated with building Toyota engines for Formula Atlantic, Hasselgren has a strong history of building Cosworth vintage engines, Ford engines for Trans-Am and Formula Drift, Pontiac / Chevrolet engines for Grand Am Rolex and Formula Drift, and Porsche engines for Continental Cup (was Koni) and Grand-Am GT class.

In the last couple of years, Hasselgren has also expanded into building single cylinder high efficiency engines for non-motorsports applications.  We welcome inquiries for new applications.
